PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Cebeci Construction, which was established in 1982, has completed a total of 1500 flats and 2 hotel projects in different parts of Alanya. The Azura Park Residance project, which offers a quality living space with entertainment centers, shops, parks, sports facilities, restaurants, bars and spa areas, solved the problems with FOXBAU BUILDING CHEMICALS.

High Performance Waterproofing Applications
FOX MULTIPLUS 2K FS542 bitumen rubber-based insulation material, which provides long-lasting flexible insulation, was preferred in basic curtain insulation applications. It was applied in 3 layers by using 160gr reinforcement mesh between the floors. The insulation was completed by applying FOX MULTISEAL FS367 cement-based semi-elastic waterproofing product on the balcony insulation. FOX MULTISEAL FS478 cement-based fully elastic waterproofing product was used in the insulations of the pool-bath-water tanks. On the open terraces of the project, FOX PURMAX ULTRA, which is polyurethane-based, aliphatic, applied as a single layer, has 675% elasticity, double component.

Reinforced Concrete Surface Repairs and Strengthening
FOX MORTAR FC188 T cement-based high-strength repair mortar has been beveled at the base wall joints of terrace water tanks. FOX GRAUT FC155 high strength fluid consistency grout mortar and bathroom balcony pool lamp cases, terrace and kitchen expenses are secured by filling the surrounding gaps.

High Elasticity and Strength Special Mastic and Tape Application
FOX PURSEAL AQUA PL900 mastic was used in pool terrace expansion joints. Specially modified polyurethane based FOX PURMAX MASTIC has been preferred for filling and waterproofing in dilatation waterproofing systems. The dilatation tape is bonded with FOX COMBOTAPE 200/1 mm FOX EPOMORTAR FC510 epoxy anchor assembly repair mortar.

Hygienic and Decorative Coatings
Drinking water tanks and pool balance tanks are covered with Epoxy based FOX EPOCOTE FS190 due to its hygienic feature.
