PROJECT DESCRIPTION

It consists of 26 blocks on a total area of 103,800 m2, with the project aiming at the ease of transportation and the convenience of families in metropolitan city life with its proximity to the city center.

FOX YAPI KİMYASALLARI products have produced solutions for insulation during the construction of foundation curtains, dilatations, water tanks, pools, terraces and French balconies.

High Performance Waterproofing Applications
When the quality and need of the project were evaluated, FOX MULTIPLUS 2K FS542 was used, which provides reliable and durable insulation in curtain insulation and will meet all these needs since material should be applied. FOX PURSEAL AQUA PL900 mastic and FOX EPOMORTAR FC510 epoxy repair mortar were used in dilatations. In the water tanks, cement-based super flexible waterproofing material FOX ULTRASEAL UV FS485 was used. FOX MULTISEAL FS478 cement-based full elastic waterproofing was applied in the pool. The insulation was completed by applying FOX MULTISEAL FS488 cement-based full elastic waterproofing on its terraces.

Special Mastic Application with High Elasticity and Strength
In general, FOX PURSEAL AQUA PL900 mastic was used at the profile joints of French balconies, which have an average of 60 in each block.

Reinforced Concrete Surface Repairs and Strengthening
Leveling repair application was carried out with the cement-based FOX REPMORTAR FC135 product in the areas with horizontal and vertical surface disturbances.

Ceramic Adhesives
FOX CERAPOL FX111 is used for bonding tiles and ceramics with high stabilization in balconies, kitchens, corridors and wet areas.
