PROJECT DESCRIPTION

It is a favorite residential project, which is located at the intersection of Sefikcan Street, the new attraction center of Konya, and the Ring Road, and consists of 186 flats with indoor and outdoor parking, observation deck, children’s playgrounds, ornamental pool and security.

Foundation Curtain Water Insulation Application: After the necessary tie hole repairs and chamfers are made with FOX MORTAR FC188T Structural Repair Mortar on underground car park curtains, the waterproofing is completed with FOX MULTISEAL FS478 Full Elastic Waterproofing material, EPS plates are fixed to the surface with FOX CERA FX110 Adhesive Mortar.

Application of Waterproofing Above Parking Garage: Above the parking lot with a surface area of 1,200m², completely underground; FOX ULTRASEAL-UV FS485, a super flexible waterproofing material that can work in both negative and positive directions, was applied as reinforced mesh, and a monolithic waterproofing was provided by connecting in accordance with the foundation curtain insulation. In addition, cold joints in the reinforced concrete area were supported with FOX PURMAX WB 1K application on waterproofing.

Ornamental Pool Waterproofing Application: In the ornamental pool, which is included in the Yıldız Tower Residence project and which is a suspended pool due to its location on the parking lot; necessary repairs and chamfers FOX MORTAR FC188T, after the water installation outlets and drain edges are made with FOX GROUT FC155, the surface of the walls has been leveled with FOX THERM-ALL FIX FT385 Plaster Mortar, and the surface is primed with FOX EPOTHANE PRIMER HB suitable for the concrete floor FOX PURMAX ULTRA and FOX Waterproofing work has been completed with FOX PURMAX TOPCOAT.

Walkable Terrace Application: Considering the regional climatic characteristics and usage details, the 16-storey first stage required repairs and chamfers were made with FOX MORTAR FC188T, drain edges were made with FOX GROUT FC155, followed by FOX EPOTHANE PRIMER HB to the surface primed with FOX PURMAX EP 2K. The insulation layer was made, FOX PURATHANE BASECOAT COMFORT floor covering was applied and FOX PURATHANE TOPCOAT WB application made the system resistant to UV and chemical effects and ended.

In the second stage of the project; After necessary repairs, FOX PURMAX SPRAYTEC FS561 HYBRID was used for waterproofing and floor covering, and the application was completed with FOX PURMAX TOPCOAT.
