A Manufacturer Company Protocol has been signed between Mission Competence Acquisition Certification Special Education Services and Trade Limited Company and Sartech Building Materials Industry and Trade Limited Company within the scope of the incentives of the Vocational Qualifications Authority.

Republic of Turkey According to Law No. 5444 and the circulars published by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, it is mandatory to obtain a Vocational Qualification Certificate from the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK) for the following national qualifications, which are among the Dangerous and Very Dangerous Occupations: 12UY0048-3 Bricklayer, 11UY0023-3 Construction Painter, 16UY0253-2 Construction Worker, 11UY0024-3 Plasterer.Sartech Building Materials Industry and Trade Limited Company will provide nationally and internationally valid certification activities for the applications to be made in the National Qualifications of 12UY0048-3 Bricklayer, 11UY0023-3 Construction Painter, 16UY0253-2 Construction Worker, 11UY0024-3 Plasterer, ensuring a qualified workforce. The project aims to integrate individuals who have proven their qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety into the workforce and to increase the number of skilled workers. Therefore, Sartech Yapı Malzemeleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi will cover the exam and certificate fees for all candidates applying for the 12UY0048-3 Bricklayer, 11UY0023-3 Construction Painter, 16UY0253-2 Construction Worker, 11UY0024-3 Plasterer National Qualifications. The exam and certificate fees of successful candidates will be reimbursed from the Unemployment Insurance Fund. The project is open to all candidates.

Our masters who want a Vocational Qualification Certificate have 3 exam attempts. Masters who fail the first exam attempt have 2 more free exam attempts.

Vocational Qualification Certificates are produced in a private printing center in a way that cannot be counterfeited and in two languages, and a Vocational Qualification Identity Card is issued along with them.

In order to fulfil the disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law, our company, which holds the title of "Data Controller" under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), submits for your information the following explanations concerning the processing and protection of your personal data and your special categories of personal data. The term "personal data" used in this document is used so as to cover special categories of personal data as well.

If you do not accept this policy, you should not send us your personal data. However, we would like to point out that in that case there may be disruptions in the services we provide to you and that the service offered may not be fully functional.

Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed.

CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS

A separate policy applies to the processing of the personal data of our employees (including interns and subcontractor employees) whose personal data are processed by our Company. Data subjects other than employees, such as customers, potential customers, visitors, job candidates/interns and the employees, shareholders and officers of the institutions we cooperate with, may also address their requests to our Company under the KVKK.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA

Our Company processes personal data only for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 6, paragraph 3 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Personal data may be processed where at least one of the items listed below is present:

The existence of the explicit consent of the data subject,
Being expressly provided for by law,
Being necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person himself or herself or of another person, where that person is unable to give consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not deemed legally valid,
Being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of that contract,
Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation,
Having been made public by the data subject,

Where your Personal Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent, we would like to point out that if you withdraw your explicit consent, you will be removed from the commercial membership programme for which the processing based on that explicit consent is necessary, and that as of the relevant date you will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages you enjoyed through such processing.

RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the retention periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as the processing purposes mentioned above require. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in full compliance with the KVKK. In this context, a Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy and the related procedures have been prepared and are applied.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In order to protect your personal data and to prevent unlawful access to it, our Company takes the necessary administrative and technical measures in line with the Personal Data Security Guide published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, draws up internal procedures, prepares disclosure and explicit consent texts and, pursuant to Article 12/3 of the KVKK, carries out, or has carried out through external services, the audits necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the KVKK.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the following rights concerning themselves by applying to the data controller:

To learn whether personal data is processed,
To request information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
