FOX ADMENT PC FM351 is a next-generation superplasticiser concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate ether, with high water reduction, developed for the ready-mix concrete and precast industry where early and final high strength and durability are required. It complies with TS EN 934-2 / Tables 3.1, 3.2 and 7. Compatible with all cement types covered by EN 197. Enables the production of rheoplastic concrete at low water/cement ratios; minimises the risk of segregation and bleeding.

Preparation for Use
FOX ADMENT PC FM351 is a ready-to-use admixture that is added to the concrete mix as a separate component. It must not be pre-mixed with other admixtures.

Addition to the Mix
Best performance is achieved when FOX ADMENT PC FM351 is dispersed into the concrete mix after 50–70% of the mixing water has been added (when all solid components are wetted). Adding the admixture to dry aggregates must be avoided.

Dosage
The recommended dosage is 0.7–0.9 kg per 100 kg of cement. For special cases and applications by machine or screed method, it is advisable to contact the technical service to determine the dosage rate.

FOX ADMENT PC FM351 must not be pre-mixed with other admixtures. If other admixtures are used in a concrete containing FOX ADMENT PC FM351, they must be added to the mix separately.

Adding the admixture to dry aggregates must be avoided. For best performance, FOX ADMENT PC FM351 should be dispersed into the concrete mix after 50–70% of the mixing water has been added (when all solid components are wetted).
Important
When special admixtures such as air-entraining agents or silica fume are required, it is important to carry out laboratory trials before application to determine the appropriate dosages and compatibility in both fresh and hardened concrete.
Important
The product must be stored between +5°C and +30°C, away from direct sunlight and protected from frost. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Must be stored in its original unopened packaging in a cool and dry environment. Pallets must not be stacked on top of each other during long-term storage.

Approaching storage and application areas with open flames is dangerous; these areas must be ventilated.

Work clothing, protective gloves, goggles and a mask must be worn during application. In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
Important
Food and beverages must not be brought into application areas. Must be stored out of reach of children.
Information
Technical values are given for +23°C and 50% relative humidity conditions. Higher temperatures shorten the time, lower temperatures extend it.
