FOX ALPHASTAIN NEUTRALIZER FF911 is a concentrated product used to balance the alkalinity level of concrete, achieving an optimum pH level of 7–10. It is normally applied during the washing process, before and after the use of reactive acid stains. The liquid formulation provides a fast and powerful action to neutralise acid residues.
When dark stains are used (EBONY, BROWN, AMBER, etc.), its use is strongly recommended to protect the surface. It is a ready-to-use cleaning material that can be diluted with water at any ratio. Before application, 1 part FF911 concentrate should be diluted with 5 to 10 parts water.

Surface Preparation
It is sufficient to ensure the surface is dry. A trial application should be carried out on a small area before applying to soft and sensitive surfaces. Shake the bottle thoroughly before opening.

Dilution
Before use, 1 part FOX ALPHASTAIN NEUTRALIZER FF911 must be diluted with 5 to 10 parts water. The product is a ready-to-use cleaning material that can be diluted with water at any ratio.

Application
Pour the diluted FOX ALPHASTAIN NEUTRALIZER FF911 onto the acidic surface to be cleaned. Scrub the surface using a thick, stiff brush, preferably made of cellulose. Use circular motions to soften stains and clean the joint surfaces.

Rinsing and Inspection
Rinse frequently during cleaning and ensure clean water is used. Wipe the cleaned surface again; wipe with a dry cloth to ensure it is completely clean and free of acid stains.

Cleaning of Tools
FOX ALPHASTAIN NEUTRALIZER FF911 residues can be cleaned from tools by rinsing thoroughly with plenty of water.
Critical
Application temperature must be between +5°C and +35°C. Do not apply outside this temperature range.

The product must be stored in its original packaging at between +5°C and +30°C, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

For short-term storage, pallets may be stacked no more than 3 high; for long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked on top of one another.

It is dangerous to approach storage and application areas with open flames; these areas must be ventilated.

Work clothing, protective gloves, goggles and a mask must be worn during application.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

High temperatures shorten the processing time; low temperatures extend it. Technical values are given for +23°C and 50% relative humidity conditions.
