Product Description
FOX STONECARPET® PORESEALER FD611 is an acrylic-based, high-viscosity protective filler material that forms an impermeable film layer on the surface. Thanks to its UV-resistant structure, it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The product offers a transparent appearance when dry and is preferred in FOX STONECARPET® systems for sealing purposes and for creating a protective transparent surface on cementitious floor coverings. Its solvent-free formulation makes it environmentally friendly and user-friendly; it is supplied ready to use and requires no mixing. The product has a density of 1.03±0.05 kg/lt and a drying time of 24 hours at +23°C and 50% relative humidity. After application, it can be used in conjunction with FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB.

Application Steps

Surface Preparation
The surface to be applied must be clean, dry, and free from all types of dirt, oil, grease, and other foreign substances. The surface moisture content must be a maximum of 4%, and the substrate temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C. Care must be taken to ensure the substrate temperature is at least +3°C above the dew point. If application is to be made on the FOX STONECARPET® system, a minimum of 24 hours must be waited after the system is completed, depending on the air temperature.

Mixing
FOX STONECARPET® PORESEALER FD611 is ready to use; no mixing is required.

1st Coat Application
The product is applied to the surface using a flat-edged rubber squeegee. A roller is used to work the material into the pores.

2nd Coat Application
The second coat is applied 24 hours after the first coat application (may vary depending on temperature). The second coat is applied using a squeegee.

Subsequent Layer
FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB can be applied to the surface 24 hours after the application of FOX STONECARPET® PORESEALER FD611.

Tool and Equipment Cleaning
Tools and equipment used after application must be cleaned with solvent.

The temperature of the surface to be applied, the material, and the ambient environment must be between +5°C and +30°C.

Must be stored in its original unopened packaging, in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight, and protected from frost. During short-term storage, a maximum of 2 pallets may be stacked on top of each other; pallets must not be stacked during long-term storage.

Approaching storage and application areas with open flame is dangerous. Storage and application areas must be ventilated.

During application, appropriate work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor immediately.

Food and beverages must not be brought into application areas. Store out of reach of children.
Information
The technical values above are given for conditions of +23°C and 50% relative humidity. Higher temperatures shorten the drying time; lower temperatures extend it.
