Product Description
FOX DOMINO® AC SEALER FD791 is a single-component, water-based topcoat protective material based on liquid acrylic copolymer dispersion. It is used on all types of old or new concrete, exposed concrete, cement-based floor coverings and terrazzo to prevent dusting, provide water impermeability and impart a glossy appearance. Its ready-to-use formulation requires no mixing and is easily applied with a short-pile white velvet roller. Two or more coats can be applied depending on the surface condition. As it contains no solvents, it offers an environmentally friendly and safe product profile.

Surface Preparation
If applying to an existing cement-based floor, cracks must be repaired and loose particles removed from the surface. The surface is sanded and swept with an industrial vacuum cleaner. If the substrate is a newly applied self-levelling floor covering with no existing cracks, application can proceed directly after sanding.

Checking Application Conditions
Surface moisture content must be a maximum of 4%. The floor temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C, and relative air humidity must not exceed 80%. Ensure that the floor temperature is at least +3°C above the dew point. For new concrete, at least 28 days of curing must have been completed.

Mixing
FOX DOMINO® AC SEALER FD791 is ready to use; no mixing is required. The product must not be diluted.

Application
The product is applied with a short-pile white velvet roller. The application density should be adjusted according to the condition of the surface. Two or more coats can be applied depending on the surface condition. For the second coat, the first coat must be allowed to dry (4-6 hours) before application.

Tool Cleaning
After application, tools and equipment used must be cleaned with solvent.

The temperature of the surface to be applied, the material and the ambient temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C.

When applying to freshly cast concrete, the concrete must have completed at least 28 days of curing.

The moisture content of the concrete at a depth of 2 cm must be below 4%. (Test method: C-Aquameter, CM-Device, Darr Method)

There must be no rising moisture according to ASTM. (Polyethylene sheet test)

Relative air humidity must be a maximum of 80%.

Beware of dew formation and condensation! The floor temperature must be at least +3°C above the dew point.

Dew formation and water vapour condensation on uncoated or freshly coated surfaces will damage the coating.

The product must not be diluted.
Important
The product must be stored at room temperature (between +10°C and +30°C), away from direct sunlight, in a dry and cool environment. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Must be stored in its original unopened packaging, protected from frost. For short-term storage, a maximum of 3 pallets may be stacked on top of each other. For long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked.

Approaching storage and application areas with open flames is dangerous. Areas must be ventilated.

Work clothing, protective gloves, goggles and a mask must be worn during application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor immediately.
Important
Food and beverages must not be brought into application areas. Store out of reach of children.
Information
Technical values are given for +23°C and 50% relative humidity conditions. Higher temperatures shorten the working time; lower temperatures extend it.
