Product Description
FOX DOMINO® AC SEALER FD796 is a ready-to-use, single-component, liquid acrylic copolymer dispersion-based topcoat protective material. It is applied on all types of old or new concrete, exposed aggregate site concrete, cement-based floor coverings, terrazzo, and cement-based pool coatings. The glossy film layer it forms acts as a polish; it increases abrasion resistance, prevents dusting, and provides water impermeability. As it contains no solvent, application safety is high. It is easily applied by roller or brush; two or more coats can be applied depending on the condition of the surface. Consumption for 2 coats is between 100–200 g/m².

Surface Preparation
If applying to an existing cement-based floor, cracks are repaired and loose particles on the surface are removed. The surface is sanded and swept with an industrial vacuum machine. If the surface is a newly applied cement-based coating with no existing cracks, application can proceed directly after sanding.

Verification of Application Conditions
Confirm that the surface, material, and ambient temperature are between +10°C and +25°C. Check that the surface moisture content is a maximum of 4%, relative air humidity is a maximum of 80%, and the floor temperature is at least +3°C above the dew point. For new concrete, a minimum of 28 days of curing must have been completed.

Mixing
FOX DOMINO® AC SEALER FD796 is ready to use; no mixing or thinning is required.

Application
The product is applied to the surface by roller or brush. The application density should be adjusted according to the condition of the surface. Two or more coats can be applied if necessary; a minimum of 4 hours must be allowed between coats.

Tool and Equipment Cleaning
After application, tools and equipment used must be cleaned with solvent.

When applying to freshly cast concrete, the concrete must have completed a minimum of 28 days of curing.

Beware of dew point and condensation! Dew formation and water vapour condensation on uncoated or freshly coated surfaces will damage the coating. The floor temperature must be at least +3°C above the dew point.

For the second coat application, a minimum of 4 hours must be allowed after the first coat has dried.

The product must not be thinned.

The product must be stored in its original unopened packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost, between +10°C and +30°C. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Critical
It is dangerous to approach storage and application areas with open flame. Work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn during application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. In case of ingestion, consult a doctor immediately. Store out of reach of children.
