FOX ESD CONDUCTIVE TAPE is a self-adhesive conductive copper tape designed for connecting electrically conductive floor coatings to the grounding system. It is used together with FOX ESD systems and is laid on the floor at different grid spacing intervals depending on the required resistance value. After installation, it is connected to the FOX ESD CONDUCTIVE TERMINAL for grounding, and FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER AS is then applied over it. With a thickness of 0.2 mm, a width of 20 mm, and a length of 30 m, this tape plays a critical role in ensuring the electrical integrity of ESD floor systems.

Surface Preparation
The required surface preparation is carried out completely.

Tape Installation
FOX ESD CONDUCTIVE TAPE is laid on the floor at the grid spacing determined by the resistance value. If the resistance value is 10⁹–10¹⁰, it is applied at 1 metre spacing; if 10⁷–10⁸, at 3 metre spacing; if 10⁶, at 4 metre spacing.

Grounding Connection
After FOX ESD CONDUCTIVE TAPE has been laid, it is connected to the FOX ESD CONDUCTIVE TERMINAL for grounding.

Primer Application
FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER AS is applied over the FOX ESD CONDUCTIVE TAPE.

Approaching storage and application areas with open flame is dangerous.

During application, appropriate work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.
