Fox Bau Creative's Precasto series is designed to add a contemporary touch to your spaces. Each precast terrazzo piece is like a work of art, the result of the meticulous work of craftsmen; it brings together the aesthetics and durability required by modern architecture with elegant designs. In this series, every colour and texture has been carefully chosen to bring your spaces to life.

With its flexible nature, which adapts to every size and form, Precasto creates a striking appearance in large spaces or adds a special touch to small areas; thanks to its ease of application it is used in every space, from the living room of your home to the lobby of your workplace. The tread and riser are the staircase form of the series: 2 cm thick, sized to project. The tread surface and the riser are produced in the same colour and texture; used together with the floor tile or slab, the staircase becomes a natural continuation of the floor.

Because the precast pieces are cast in the factory, there is no waiting for curing on site; colour and texture are fixed during production. A site visit with our expert team is recommended for the riser/tread dimensions and the nosing detail.

What is Precasto?

It is the precast (factory-cast) terrazzo series by Fox Bau Creative. Each piece is produced through the meticulous work of craftsmen; it brings together the aesthetics and durability required by modern architecture in elegant designs.

In which forms is it produced?

Slab (305x125 / 305x140 cm), tile (30x30, 30x60, 40x40, 40x80, 80x80 cm), wall tile, skirting (50x5, 50x10, 100x5, 100x10 cm) and tread-riser. All forms are 2 cm thick.

Where is it used?

Hotels, offices, restaurants, showrooms, shopping malls, airport terminals, metro stations, schools, hospitals, public buildings and shops; on floor, wall and ceiling surfaces.

Gloss or matt?

Both are possible; a gloss or matt top coat finish can be achieved.

What is the maintenance like?

It is easy to maintain and clean; it offers a flawlessly finished surface with high compressive strength.

Are the colours identical to the originals?

All colours on the chart may differ from the original colours depending on the printing technique and the ambient light; confirmation with a sample is recommended.

Are the tread and riser produced together?

Yes; the tread and the riser are produced in the same colour and texture, to the riser and tread dimensions of the project.

The term "personal data" used in this document is used so as to cover special categories of personal data as well.

We note that you are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the personal data you send us; and if you share the personal data of other people with us, it will be understood that you have obtained from the third party concerned all the permissions required for us to collect, process, use and disclose the information belonging to them, and our Company cannot be held liable in this respect.

All personal data processed by our Company is processed only in accordance with the procedures and principles laid down in the Law and in other laws. Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, the basic principles we observe when processing your personal data are as follows:

CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS

A separate policy applies to the processing of the personal data of our employees (including interns and subcontractor employees) whose personal data are processed by our Company. Data subjects other than employees, such as customers, potential customers, visitors, job candidates/interns and the employees, shareholders and officers of the institutions we cooperate with, may also address their requests to our Company under the KVKK.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA

Our Company processes personal data only for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 6, paragraph 3 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Being necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person himself or herself or of another person, where that person is unable to give consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not deemed legally valid,

Where your Personal Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent, we would like to point out that if you withdraw your explicit consent, you will be removed from the commercial membership programme for which the processing based on that explicit consent is necessary, and that as of the relevant date you will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages you enjoyed through such processing.

RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the retention periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as the processing purposes mentioned above require. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in full compliance with the KVKK. In this context, a Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy and the related procedures have been prepared and are applied.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In order to protect your personal data and to prevent unlawful access to it, our Company takes the necessary administrative and technical measures in line with the Personal Data Security Guide published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, draws up internal procedures, prepares disclosure and explicit consent texts and, pursuant to Article 12/3 of the KVKK, carries out, or has carried out through external services, the audits necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the KVKK.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the following rights concerning themselves by applying to the data controller:

To request information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
