FOX PURRAZZO POINT is a polyurethane resin-based, two-component, solvent-free, self-levelling, antibacterial, self-granulated, sound-insulating decorative floor coating system. Layer structure: PRIMER HB primer, optional BASECOAT intermediate coat, FOX PURRAZZO POINT coating (2.5 kg/m²) and TOPCOAT WB clear matt top coat.

Purrazzo Point is offered in 18 soft tones; its granulated texture gives the dotted surface appearance. The colour choice does not change the layer structure.

About Purrazzo Point

Purrazzo Point is a polyurethane-based, self-levelling, sound-insulating decorative floor coating system designed for comfortable floors. Its self-granulated structure gives a dotted texture; with its antibacterial property and easy-to-clean surface it is ideal for spaces where hygiene and comfort are a priority, such as hospitals, care homes, schools and nurseries.

The concrete surface is prepared with abrasive equipment, primed with FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER HB and broadcast with quartz sand; if the surface is uneven it is levelled with FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT. The FOX PURRAZZO POINT A and B components are mixed, poured onto the surface at a consumption of 2.5 kg/m² and spread with a trowel. After at least 48 hours the surface is mechanically ground or sanded and the FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB clear matt top coat is applied.

The consumption figures are given for ideal conditions at +23 °C; they may vary according to the surface and ambient conditions. A site inspection with our expert team is recommended before the system solution.

Which floors can it be applied to?

Applied to concrete floors at least 3 weeks old with ≥25 N/mm² compressive and ≥1.5 N/mm² tensile strength; moisture must be ≤4%, the floor temperature at least +10 °C and 3 °C above the dew point. Cement laitance is removed by shot blasting, milling or diamond grinding; repairs are made with FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER + quartz sand mortar.

Is the Intermediate Coat (FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT) mandatory?

No, it is optional; it is applied if there is undulation on the surface or if preferred. For conditions outside the standard, contact technical service for system details.

How is it maintained?

The seamless (jointless) surface does not hold dirt; it is easy to clean, requires minimum maintenance and is simple to repair. After application the coating must be protected from direct water contact for at least 24 hours.

What are the colour options?

Each Purrazzo system is offered with its own colour chart; the desired design can be achieved with different RAL colour options. The colours on the chart may differ from the original colours depending on the printing technique and the ambient light.

How is sound insulation achieved?

FOX PURRAZZO POINT is a self-granulated, flexible polyurethane coating; the granules that form a dotted texture on the surface absorb footstep noise and provide walking comfort.

When is the coating ready for use?

At 20 °C it is opened to foot traffic after 24 hours and to light traffic after 3 days; it reaches full cure in 7 days. At 10 °C these periods extend to 30 hours / 4 days / 10 days.

FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER HB is a two-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity transparent epoxy primer set developed for dry and damp concrete and steel surfaces. It is used as a primer under epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings.

Suitable for interior and exterior use.
Can be applied and fully cures below +10°C and up to 100% relative humidity.
Provides good corrosion protection on steel.

FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB

FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB is a modified polyurethane-based, two-component, water-based, UV-resistant topcoat with high abrasion resistance, containing aliphatic isocyanate. It is used in epoxy and polyurethane floor systems, on walls and in various industrial areas.

A separate policy applies to the processing of the personal data of our employees (including interns and subcontractor employees) whose personal data are processed by our Company. Data subjects other than employees, such as customers, potential customers, visitors, job candidates/interns and the employees, shareholders and officers of the institutions we cooperate with, may also address their requests to our Company under the KVKK.

Our Company processes personal data only for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 6, paragraph 3 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where your Personal Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent, we would like to point out that if you withdraw your explicit consent, you will be removed from the commercial membership programme for which the processing based on that explicit consent is necessary, and that as of the relevant date you will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages you enjoyed through such processing.

RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the retention periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as the processing purposes mentioned above require. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in full compliance with the KVKK. In this context, a Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy and the related procedures have been prepared and are applied.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In order to protect your personal data and to prevent unlawful access to it, our Company takes the necessary administrative and technical measures in line with the Personal Data Security Guide published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, draws up internal procedures, prepares disclosure and explicit consent texts and, pursuant to Article 12/3 of the KVKK, carries out, or has carried out through external services, the audits necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the KVKK.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the following rights concerning themselves by applying to the data controller:
